1. Check and Adjust Your Video Settings in Advance: ā
Video Codec: Ensure your video uses the AVC / H.264 / MPEG-4 Part 10 codec.
Settings > Output > Streaming/Recording > Encoder > Select x264 (H.264).

Audio Codec: The audio should be encoded in MPEG AAC (mp4a).
Settings > Output > Recording > Ensure Audio Track 1 is selected (uses AAC).

Frame Rate (FPS): The maximum frame rate should not exceed 60 fps.
Settings > Video > Common FPS Values > Set to 60.

Container Format: Use MP4 as the preferred container format. While MOV is also supported, MP4 is recommended for better compatibility.
Settings > Output > Recording Format > Select mp4.

Target Bitrate: Aim for a bitrate of around 2 Mbps for optimal quality and performance.
Settings > Output > Streaming/Recording > Set Bitrate to 2000 kbps (2 Mbps)

2. Check Platform-Specific Recommendations:
Different platforms might have varying recommendations for video settings:some text
YouTube recommends a video bitrate of 1-2 Mbps for MP4 and MOV files. You can find more detailed guidelines on YouTube's support page.
TikTok recommends a bitrate of 1-2 Mbps for MP4 and MOV files and 2-4 Mbps for HEVC files.
