Why you're seeing this error
Facebook has no fixed number of posts per day. Any article quoting one made it up. Instead, Meta gives your Page a request budget that scales with recent engagement.
Engaged means someone reacted, commented, shared or clicked. Followers do not count. Someone who scrolled past does not count.
The consequence is backwards: a Page with 200 engaged people a day will never see this error, while a quiet or brand new Page gets almost no budget at all. The Pages that hit this wall hardest are the small ones trying to grow.
What you can do
Wait a few hours, then hit Retry. The budget refills continuously as the 24 hour window moves, so you rarely need to wait a full day. Failed posts are not sent again automatically, so open the post in the Content Publisher and click Retry.
Post it manually. Posting directly on Facebook does not touch this budget.
Go to your Exports tab.
Find the clip you want to post.
Click Download and save it to your device.
Upload it to your Page on Facebook.
How to avoid it
Post less often to that Page and put the effort into fewer clips. Two posts that get comments raise your ceiling. Ten that get nothing lower it.
Reply to comments on your Page. That engagement feeds straight back into the budget.
A different error, same symptom
If your Page is temporarily blocked from posting, that is anti spam enforcement rather than a quota. It triggers on repeated identical captions, the same link over and over, or sudden bursts. Meta does not publish how long it lasts. Change what was repetitive and wait.
