How to change your StreamLadder email address

StreamLadder doesn't support changing your login email directly since you sign in using Twitch or Google. However, if you need to move your subscription from one account to another, our support team can help you do that manually. This guide explains how.

Why You Can’t Change Your Email Directly

StreamLadder uses OAuth login via Twitch or Google, so your account is tied to the platform you use to sign in. There’s currently no way to manually change the email or switch login methods.

Want to Move Your Subscription to Another Account?

No problem — just follow these steps:

1. Log in to the new StreamLadder account where you want your subscription to be moved.

2. Open the chat window on the bottom-right corner of streamladder.com.

3. Provide the support agent with:

   • The email/username of your old account

   • The email/username of your new account

Once we verify both accounts, we’ll transfer your subscription for you.

Make sure the new account is logged in when when you contact support. It helps us process the switch faster.
